ABOUT TINA

The Holistic Collective was founded as a result of 15 years of experience in the field of massage therapy and collaborating with various professionals and practitioners. Tina Craig, who became a licensed massage therapist (LMT) in 2009, a Reiki master in 2015, and ran her own practice in Shreveport for seven years, has worked alongside physical therapists, chiropractors, a med spa, senior living communities, and a holistic center.

Tina understands that each one of us have different needs at different times, so each of her therapy sessions are tailored to your unique needs and preferences. Some may prefer a combination of multiple therapies during their session. The ultimate objective is to assist individuals on their journey towards wellness and healing by employing a range of techniques and therapies that she has acquired throughout her career.

SWEDISH MASSAGE

A relaxation therapy that improves circulation, encourages lymphatic drainage, and aids in an overall sense of well being. Long, kneading strokes are the basis of this type of massage.

DEEP TISSUE THERAPY

This therapy involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue.

MYOFASCIAL RELEASE

Myofascial release works with the myofascial tissues that may have become stiff, tight, or immobile. Pain relief, and increased mobility can be achieved with this therapy.

REIKI - ENERGY BALANCING

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, anxiety, and increases overall well-being. It can also be used to clear energy blockages one may be experiencing.

PRENATAL

A massage for those expecting, that ensures the safety and comfort of mother and baby. *Must be past the first trimester to receive this type of therapy.

MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE

Gentle pulsing, tapping, and pumping motions are used to encourage lymphatic flow and drainage. This can be a full body experience, or isolated to one area. Dry skin brushing can be included upon request.

60 MINUTE MASSAGE OR 

60 MINUTE REIKI SESSION

All 60 minute sessions consist of massage therapy only, or Reiki only. Massage therapy and Reiki will not be combined during a 60 minute session.

90 MINUTE MASSAGE

$150

This 90 minute session is tailored to your specific goals and needs.

90 MINUTE MASSAGE+REIKI SESSION

$150

This session combines massage therapy and Reiki, beginning the session with massage therapy and finishing with Reiki.

Tina regularly gave me massages over a period of more than 5 years. She is experienced, professional and consistent. I wish she still lived nearby so I could still get treatments!

FAQ

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR DURING MY SESSION?

During a traditional massage therapy session you'll be covered and appropriately draped with sheets. We will suggest that you either be completely undressed, or undressed down to your level of comfort. 
A Reiki only session doesn't require you to be undressed. We do suggest you wear your comfy clothes during this session.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY MASSAGE THERAPY SESSION?

We ask that you arrive well rested and hydrated. A night of heavy drinking or partying isn't ideal the evening before your session as a hangover can disrupt your experience. Avoid consuming heavy meals and rich foods before your session. The more grounded you are in your body the better your experience will be. We ask that you avoid drinking alcohol and smoking the day of your session.

THE PRESSURE OF THE MASSAGE IS TOO HEAVY, BUT I DON'T WANT TO SAY ANYTHING. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please let us know if the session is uncomfortable! Our feelings will not be hurt, and we won't think any less of you if you request that our pressure be adjusted. This also applies to feeling too hot or cold during your session. Let us know and we will be more than happy to accommodate you.

WHAT'S YOUR CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY?

Appointments that need to be rescheduled or cancelled must be modified at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Same-day cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows will result in a charge of 50% of the services scheduled. If you are running 5-10 minutes late, please call your therapist and you'll be accommodated as best as our schedule will allow. Please note that the length of your session may be shortened, full charges still apply.

Our services are by appointment only, and same day appointments are rarely available. We encourage you to book your session at least 24 hours in advance.
